I’ve been stressed my brother moved in not going to get into why but he did it’s been stressful here, I was depressed but I was put on an antidepressant and it helped and I realize I’ve kinda been quite but I guess I needed to figure stuff out and things have calmed down a bit and things are getting a little more normal ish I didn’t know how to label this so I guess I’ll just mind dump here for a few days… If you wanna reply go a head I’m just glad I’m okay now

My diet isn’t going well I keep eating at bed time because of med and I can’t seem to stop
