Trying to work but getting symptoms

I want so badly to have the energy and ability to work a full time job. The one I have pays well. But the loud noise and repetition is bringing my symptoms back. I have no other source of income, and mental illness isn’t an easy disability to prove. I’m so worried as I’ve been stressing for a long time about money. I want to keep working, but I’ll get worse I think. I space out, get fatigued, and start getting symptoms of hallucinations when I work for long periods of time. I can’t tell people this, and I haven’t worked in two weeks because of it. $500 a week is a big deal and I want that paycheck, but at the cost of my health and well-being. What can I do?

How about part time + disability income?

Lots of people with schizophrenia get SSDI and SSI. If a doctor diagnoses you and it’s down in black & white in your medical chart that pretty much proves you have schizophrenia. But the problem is proving to what degree that diagnosis disables you.
