So several weeks ago I said I would switch to black coffee from sugar and milk. But it was too drastic a switch. It might have been @nfy told me to transition milk&sugar—->milk——->black
Well it actually worked and now I can tolerate black coffee fine.
I guess I was accustomed too drinking it with milk and sugar. But now I love black coffee.
I heard on a YouTube video that black coffee is an antidepressant, but when you add milk it’s not. Like milk inhibits the special antioxidants coffee has. I’ll post the video in a bit.
