The solstice can be related to religion. Everyone, please careful not to post content related to religion on this thread. Thank you.

I’m just glad days will start growing in length again. I don’t get seasonal depression but I like to go outside and take long walks after work. I don’t like walking in the dark.

My taste buds were off, When I tasted the morning dew. You run the texture of the bread. Told me there was little I could do… Although my mind was long and the day was short. I felt it’s a moment where a little of a jerk… Shall we kill the old king. The minutes cried. Leave it now. We begin to hide… For the long cold months we call winter time.

Mr. Star and I like to keep a vigil during the night, then welcome the sun back in the morning before we go to sleep. It’s a fun little tradition.

Yay! Over the hump.

Longer days and more sunlight from here on.

Joy!

I love winter solstice simply because it means days are gonna get longer and the winter gloom will go away. I have SAD and the lack of light and eternal overcast skies in the UK really affects me.
