Today is my depot day. I had a good sleep. My bowel movement was ok. I have to go to the mini mart to get bread. Are you also having your depot today or this week?

How many mg of Invega do you take?
Is it the monthly or 3 monthly depot?
Edit: you do take Invega? Right?
I take the pills. 2 X 6 mg Invega pills each morning.

Due in a couple of days. Paliperadone (Invega/Xeplion). 175.
Im normally a bit downhill - but i seem to be ok this cycle.
Usual nurse has been off past couple of months, having a rest after working thru the Covid Crisis, so ive seen a variety of people at home.

100 mg Invega every 28 days. Used to be 75 mg but I had a relapse after more than 3 years on Invega.

Masks are optional in Trinidad now except clinics and hospitals. I have used the same cloth mask (that I wash periodically) since the pandemic started. My blue cloth mask is about 3 years old. Very comfortable.
I wear the same jeans and manchester city jersey and shoes everytime I go for depot.

Just finished bathing and changing. The weather is sunny and nice today. Now leaving home.
In the maxi taxi heading to the clinic. The driver has no stereo on. The breeze is blowing through the windows as we make our way in a southward direction.

We are in about 15 minutes traffic heading into the town center.
Got my depot. Seems like trainee nurses today. Heading to buy my shoes now.
I’ll be wearing the same outfit at the gym until it smells. I have too much laundry…

In the maxi taxi heading back home. I made sure and use the washroom. Hopefully there is no traffic heading north. Afro R and B is playing on the radio.

I’m glad the trip went smoothly. I need to hate just a tiny bit of you because you can have yogurt and I cannot because I’m allergic to milk. I cheat just a little and my allergy pills cover me but a yogurt would be too much. I have like a small spoonful of sour cream.
