Slept ok. Had a good bowel movement. Going to the mini mart. Then rest a bit. Then bathe. Then off to the clinic. Not anxious at all. That is a good thing and much better than times of the past.

This is what our depot cards look like in the public health system in Trinidad. I started Invega in Aug 2019. Almost 4 years and used 2 cards.

Do you keep those? Is the shot mandated for you? Why the record?

I keep them. Not mandated but highly recommended. They can’t force me. I guess if I became a problematic case then it can be forced. The record is useful in case people need to remember when their next injection is. The nurse staff and doctor have their own record. It is a letter size sheet of paper in a manila folder with their notes.

Also when you go before the board for disability payments they sometime ask to see your clinic card.

I am in the maxi taxi heading south. This one has AC and reggaeton is playing on the radio.

Lewis Marc Capaldi - Someone you loved is playing on the radio. It is a vibe. The sun is shining. There is no traffic so far. The maxi taxi is half filled. Has room for 12 passengers.

Sitting outside the clinic waiting my turn.

They took my blood pressure. Was somewhat above normal. I am not so relaxed then it seems.
