Today I feel really sad about not having a baby

If you have baby and schizo children services will always be breathing down your neck

I don’t mind that.

I would be a fantastic mum, so proud not irritated

It’s understandable for them to check up, there’s always relapse risk etc

But yea it’s a bit annoying

I get this. Especially the guilt. 2 year olds are hard work. For me they are harder than newborn because they are so demanding and have temper tantrums.

Unfortunately this is very true. I have faced very bad discrimination.

Sorry to hear that Qwerty, hope they chill out a bit. From what I’ve heard you sound like a great mum

Ty @Zoe I appreciate that.

I know it must be hard but you can still have a fulfilling life without children. Anyway you may still have them yet. I was 37 when I feel pregnant with my 1st.

Well, it’s still possible but you don’t have a lot of time. A few years or so.

Animals are great. And they’re as clean as you keep them.

Before my cat allergy became so severe, I had cats and bathed them. Yup, it’s possible to bathe cats.

Dogs can get pretty dirty but it’s nothing a bath in a gentle soap can’t fix.

It’s all the fur it gets everywhere and then onto the clothes and then all over the washing machine sink…

And the cats start to urinate and poo everywhere when they are older

I’m not able to tolerate that

But a Guinea pig!.. Yes or two as they like company.

Sounds like a perfect plan

Yes I think so! Guinea pigs are quite expressive creatures unlike hamsters. They also require vitamin c fresh food like humans. Making them more relatable to us lot. I just love them

Who needs a baby when you can have a Guinea pig. Kidding. But really, for me it’s enough.

Animals are vulnerable creatures. They cannot speak human language or defend themselves usually. It makes me want to care for one even more, to provide protection for a vulnerable life, they deserve happiness and are innocent.

Yes, I love taking care of my dogs. They’re so precious. I’m sure you will love your Guinea pigs and be good to them

What breed are your dogs?

My old dog is a Shih Tsu. He doesn’t shed.

My young dog is a Wolfhound mix. She sheds like crazy.

Thanks Skinnyme

Our cat vomits a lot too. Regardless of where, he will vomit.

That’s good your cat could keep on using a litter tray.

Our cat poos under the sink and in the bath

And he drinks the toilet water and then kicks himself ‘clean’

I have my nieces and cousins to watch grow up and that seems to be enough for me. I’m too wishy washy of a person, not very reliable to have children of my own.

I’ve never had baby fever. If a woman wanted to be with me and had her own job and we were able to support a baby I’d consider it. Maybe there’s a guy like that in your future. The problem with Guinea pigs is they poop like crazy. When my friend took his out it’s cage it’d poop like every couple minutes it seemed. My Maltese poodle doesn’t shed, is potty trained, and doesn’t tear anything up. Vet bills and stuff are expensive though. I honestly think a dog is the best animal and cats come in second cause the litter box and to me they’re nastier.
