When there would be timetraveling. Would it be wise to share with others. How many years from now would you travel?

I’d go to the future to the part where we can put our sub conscious brain into a computer. Become the terminator. Then travel back in time to punk myself that i’m the chosen one to save humanity

When you can freeze time, would we notice it?
Well, you can go into the future relative to your buddies by traveling at relativistic speeds and returning, or by hanging out in some strong gravity, like near the surface of a neutron star or a black hole. So let’s concentrate on going back in time. There are apparently solutions of Einstein’s equations in general relativity that allow for time travel. But not all solutions are meaningful or realizable.
