I know what you mean. I’m 50 and it’s gone by in the blink of an eye. Also It’s over 10 years since I was first hospitalized and it seems like only yesterday.

For me I have short-term time distortion. When I wake up during the night I cannot tell if it has been 60 minutes or 8 hours that I have been asleep. I have to look at the clock.
I thought everyone was like that.

2019 absolutely flew for me I spent the whole year doing nothing trying to figure out if the voices were not real. Took me 8 months
