My phone has reminded me that it’s time for blood tests. I’ll try to get them as soon as possible.
Get those blood tests people, otherwise you don’t know what meds are doing to you under the hood!

Is it just a checkup, or are you on Lithium or Clozapine?
My clinic does a checkup every year (free of charge), where they check pretty much everything. When I was on Clozapine, they made sure I came in every week for the first 6 months, then every month.

Just a check up. Previously, my blood tests showed that abilify was raising my blood sugar, so they put me on metformin to deal with that. Lucky I was getting routine blood tests, or I would never have known.

Just got a liver work-up which I aced!

I got a blood test this morning.
My psychiatrist is checking for Depakote levels and to see how my liver is functioning etc…
Also testing my blood glucose levels and checking to see if there are any metabolic issues.
It wasn’t that bad … painless…

I’ve had an order in to get labs drawn for a couple months now. I really need to get that done.
