Hi
Just wondering if anybody ever thought their thoughts were being controlled by someone or inserted or if you thought your own thoughts were controlled
How long did it go on for?
Coping mechanisms?
What meds stopped it?

With me at my worst I could recognise the inserted thought but then I thought the thoughts that were my own were being controlled as well
It is ongoing.
Breathing and breathing and breathing.
Clozapine seems to do the best, though not sure how.
Can you describe it?
I struggle with this daily. I believe that aliens put a microchip in my left arm when I had surgery, and they’re able to interface with my brain. Sometimes I’ll be talking, and the rest of my thought is stolen and I stop dead in mid-sentence. This has been going on for 27 years. I just try not to focus on it. No med has really stopped it. Some of the old meds have been better, but not 100%.
Yeah I get that too when they do t want me thinking of something
Wow.
I can understand the micro chip idea; with all the technology out now, it is not unfeasible for something like that to occur.
