In many ways I am far from the world’s big centers, just living in my little town in Eastern Finland, I think it is good, I do not miss big metropolitan cities …

It is just a small town, but quite well developed. I was born here and I’ll die here, first I need to ride my bicycle over 30 years

No, I have no bicycle helmet, I try to be careful, when I ride my bicycle I feel that my mind rests which is good, it is better than staying inside and having all kinds of negative and unnecessary thoughts in my mind.

It would be worthwhile investing in a bicycle helmet as you never know when something unexpected might happen.
Even getting something unexpectedly caught in the wheel spokes when riding can abruptly stop your bike and throw you head first over the handle bars (or “arse over tea kettle” as @shutterbug likes to call it).
