going lower on my Seroquel due to akathisia side effect. I mean to ask my pdoc about a lower dose. From 100 to 50 mg.

Sounds a good strategy. I’ve always looked for best function and have tried many drugs and dosages before settling on my current regime. Some I won on. Some I really did lose on but overall I’m happy and relatively stable and that is worth the effort.
