Things are getting really bad with noise and triggers. I feel my anger rising. I feel im in danger of stress issues and I dont think i have another play.
It feels like my neighbors are all abusing me and im ruminating alot. I need help

I think the Abilify isn’t working out. I think you’re right. It might be time to switch back to what was working. Have a chat to your psychiatrist though, they’re the experts.

Maybe you should add at least 5mg Zyprexa…

Add it with the abilify? That actually doesn’t sound bad if it can calm my reaction down. Im gonna message her in the morning…thanks for the idea because when im not struggling I do feel great on abilify

I gained a lot of weight. But I’m on 20mg. So it’s a heavy dosage. But I don’t exercise. I barely move at all. So it’s my fault.
Do you exercise?

Yea..rhats what im afraid of and im about to start. I just got my blood sugar under control…so im safe to workout now

…im really struggling to be happy right now. For some reason the people in my neighborhood have decided to play loud music from like 4 am in the morning all the way through the day. It really really feels directed at me. It just started 4 days ago and keeps getting worse
Im gonna try to meditate 
and focus on the positive. Im realizing that suffering well is hard and sh it lol…

I take both Zyprexa and risperidone. After 10 years of being afraid to leave the house, I’m now working 5 days a week

Thats my experience with zyprexa too. Back in 2019 I was able to actually go back to work on it. I might have to make that choice even if it causes high blood sugar …

If it feels like they are trying to stop me from working on my hobbies should I stop or work on them? I feel like they wont stop until i stop enjoying my working on stuff..

I had a worsening of my condition and insisted to switch from Abilify to Zyprexa. I feel more secure on zyprexa, it’s not a miracle worker but in my opinion the best ap for me out there.
