I was really getting paranoid that my ballot was lost in the mail. The County Clerk said they mailed them out September 18. But I finally got it Wednesday. The postmark said they mailed it Monday. I just checked the Secretary of the State’s website where they post if they received your ballot. They got it yesterday, and it was accepted, so I did everything right.

They haven’t even started mailing ballots yet in California. The first day they can mail vote-by-mail ballots in California is 29 days before the election, so starting on Oct 5th.
