i m taking meds for years
the voices never stopped
is this normal
i heard there are ppl here with no positive symptoms
what should i do ?

So I have voices constantly, despite being on different medications. My pdoc told me I would probably always have them. I do not seek help unless they interfere with my life, or become violent and suicidal. If your voices distract you, and you cannot ignore them or function, then yes you need to try a different med that helps with that or increase your dosage.

On medication, I no longer hear multiple voices. I just hear one voice now. My pdoc said I might always hear a voice.

So far its no difference ceasing the APs, i just got anxiety of the authorities cause its outrageous refusing meds in my position. I think its a controlthing and they want to push me in my place being crazy and take their BS.
I can get rid of my voices and positive symptoms completely, but that requires taking such a high dose of meds that I’m left unable to do anything but sit around or sleep. I prefer to take just enough medication to maintain my insight and manage postive symptoms using theraputic techniques instead.

yeah it is ok
no need to high doses coz i hv thing to do everyday
i m try to cope although it is very difficult

Meds don’t take issues away, they just make them easier to cope with.
Try dietary mood stabilizers and stuff like l theanine to curb your symptoms as well
