You can always go to your bank and block the dd feature. But then you’d have to remember to pay every month, or else they might charge for delays. I dunno…

We’re having problems with our gas/electric. We had a bill for £6000 for the year as the support staff read the meter wrong.

Hubby rang water company, they must have held my bank details and admitted it was a mistake. Theyve told us to contact bank to recall money and cancel it. Gave us 1 month free as compo
