400mg is the recommend intake? Damn. I thought I was overdoing it all this time, i do about 400mg

If I drink more than one cup I start losing it. I read a article someone posted on here yesterday, that it was advisable to decrease intake of you are sensitive, but also if you are introvert, and I am both.

It says up to 400mg is beneficial. More than 400mg is the opposite

I drink a constant supply of coffee so looks like I’m not being good to my health
