neat I wish I could’ve seen my own EEG.

The only thing I know about my sleep is I tend to get only half the amount of normal REM sleep unless I sleep for like 11-12 hours a night. I also wake up every single time I go into REM. My sleep study showed tons of awakenings, far over the average person’s.

My MRI shows a hole in my left visual cortex. I accidentally disovered that sleeping with the light on helps reduce my negative symptoms. I discovered this when I bought blackout curtains and the total darkness made my apathy much much worse, maybe five times worse.
