Since all or many of us have negative symptoms to varying degrees…

Let’s consider using this space to communicate about our normal routine wishes and encourage?

For example, today, I want to shower and then do some journaling where I analyse my negative emotions.

I need a shower, been a few days. I need to clean up my coffee table. Covered in trash. Will report back when completed.

Well I got up and showered after little sleep to go to the pharmacy. Apparently way to early they don’t open for an hour.

Oh man that’s annoying. At least you know for the future now. I hope its a smooth journey to the pharmacy at round 2.:crystal_ball:
