List some activities here that members can do to beat their negative symptoms.
So far I:
Cleaned the basement
Played video games
Watched a little bit of Netflix
Listened to some music
Went for a walk
And its only noon
Think I’m just gonna relax for now.
So far, I’ve done my exercises, gone for a walk, picked up my medication and played some guitar.
Still to go… A nap!
Busy taking care of my puppy.
Prepared my breakfast and lunch.
Just got up early and set up my dual monitor for my desktop. This is going to be a nothing day.
Trying to feel my head out.
I have been working all day and this is what I nearly finished (Will hopefully finish tomorrow)
