For the past 6 months my dreams have been OK, sometimes they get just a little scary or disturbing but this past month they’ve vastly improved. They are mostly positive and pleasant. It’s a nice change because when I first got sick I used to have horrible, terrifying disturbing nightmares every night. That went away but as recently as 6 years ago I was having nightmares that when I woke up I was depressed for a little while. Now when I wake up I’m in a good mood from my dreams. It only lasts several minutes but it’s a good feeling. I don’t know how it changed but I appreciate it.
Yeah, gives you an air of calmness for a few minutes and you feel almost refreshed as well if you’re used to waking up groggy. It’s so nice
Yep, that’s how it is.
Had a dream recently where I felt like I could feel the presence of a late grandparent. I was motivated the entirety of that day
Had a dream where i was dodging bombs lol
They were dropping from the sky.
British collective memory?
Last night I felt my exhaustion in my sleep it was miserable
Sorry to hear that @Rainstorm , it sounded rough.

I can’t remember having a good dream. I’m just happy if I wake up and remember nothing.
This was the first thing I thought of when I read the thread title.
“Last night I dreamt of San Pedro…”
On a serious note, I can only remember dreams briefly if I wake up during the dream. I have neither good nor bad dreams, but rather extremely detailed and somewhat strange dreams that seem to have no relation to my actual real life. It can be unsettling.
I cant seem to remember any of my dreams unless i wake up during the night to use bathroom and lay down and fall asleep right away
Yeah most of the time my dreams are neither real scary or pleasant but they are more on the strange side.
Occasionally they are nightmares
