normal overloaded as in too normal and there is no’‘normal’’ as such so were all equal IMO
The opposite of Psychosis is Neurosis, instead of delusions everything has to be certain, no what ifs or maybes, some people have both psychosis and neurosis but they tend to commit suicide as they can’t live in an uncertain world.

No such malady. Psychosis has core symptoms of inattention, delusions and paranoia. The opposite symptoms would be hyperattention, rational behaviour and calm. Such a person would be called smart or genius which is desirable and not a malady.

The opposite to psychosis is great.
Psychosis is seeing hearing wat no one else can see hear.
Opposite is seeing and hearing wat everyone else CAN see hear.
Happiness probably (but then again there’s a proverb that if you’re happy for more than 2 days in a row then probably they’re hiding something from you)

Parkinson’s. Psychosis=too much dopamine. Parkinson’s=not enough dopamine.

Very interesting observation @Simonw. My son was neurotic and psychotic and he committed suicide. So, I tend to agree with you.
The opposite of neurosis is character disorder. One is taking too much responsibility and the other is taking none. But I would liken psychosis more to chaos. And would have to say order is the opposite of psychosis
