I use finch I switched phones so I lost my old finch and everything but I use it daily

I tried it and liked it but it wasnt helpful for my specific situation
My fiance needs to monitor exactly what goals i achieve because hes better at holding me accountable when i slip
So we found an app that notifies gim when i xomplete a goal like take meds
