So it’s come through a couple times recently. It happened the other night when I was in bed. I actually felt like I was alone in my apartment. It was a very normal feeling. I recognized that it was just me home, nothing weird or lonely. Usually I feel somewhat “entertained” or occupied with the feeling of not being alone. Maybe my meds are working or going to day treatment everyday has helped idk. Pretty cool normal feeling though.
