Personally I think getting along with the people you work with is the most important. Pay is less important. I work in a secondhand store. The work environment is really good, so I stay.

We have a store franchise called Poundland in England its our equivalent to the Dollar store.

No, but been there to shop many times. Seems like a cool place. I thought about it years ago. Not sure why, to be honest. It seems low stress and not too busy. Seems like the accommodate.

There’s lots of different dollar stores near me. The pay is terrible but I haven’t worked in 10 years. It’s a way to get back on my feet again.
