I saw them live in concert ! I’m not particularly a huge fan but the concert was on and friends of mine were going so I went. This was around 2003. They played 2 of their albums.

I like The Cure. A friend got me into them many moons ago, and I downloaded one of their albums.
I just listened to ‘lullaby’, and I forgot how much it intrigues me. The music is so calming and relaxing, yet the lyrics are terrifying.
“The spider-man is having me for dinner tonight”

I’ve adored them since the late 80’s, Roberts lyrics are poetry, the the music is a surrounding state of somewhere else.
