I take additional vitamin D every day, plus I get at least an hour of sun every day.
I was taking a prescription vitamin D supplement because it was deficient in a blood test, but I ran out awhile ago. . I guess I should probably get some non prescription ones…I’m quite sure that I am still low on it. It may even explain some of my fatigue.
