Article is about 2 years old, but thought it was relevant with the recent discussions here about how the connectome is altered in sz - and what that might mean for treatment.
This is a fairly long article. My main takeaways as it relates to sz is that the connectome is alterable, and it appears this can be done with tDCS, and possibly in the future with other kinds of external stimulation, as well as with cognitive training.
