all of my relatives, i have a huge extended family and only 3 people have called or texted me more than a few odd times in my life

I’ve got 5 cousins that I personally know, many more I’ve never met - we don’t speak. All 5 are older than me, in my book they were the ones who should’ve initiated contact, but they didn’t.
And I’ve got an aunt and an uncle (siblings) who rarely reach out. The aunt is friendly and has never asked for anything. She might know about my illness, not sure. The uncle is sadly an alcoholic.

My family fell apart after Covid
When my Nan died was the last time I saw many of them and that was two years ago now
Makes me sad as we used to be quite close but no longer
Some stupid feud ruined everything
Very poor behaviour
I knew friends could behave that way but never family

Yeah I would say the same happened to me, most my cousins are no longer in contact after my grandmother died. I haven’t seen most of them in years.
