I had a very very bad week last week I wanna thank everyone that gave me advice and reassured me. I am going to the Dr tomorrow or Tuesday I promise. Even though I feel way better I still feel like Im getting worse and I dont want to have another serious break . I know we all go through our ups and downs and I appreciate the support even though Im new.
