Was having extreme anxiety took my .5 mg of kpin as directed and now I’m relaxed so weird

I took klonopin for most of a 12 year span. May take it again . It still worked but my doc switched me to Valium. Maybe it’s a little better because I have less tolerance. Both good meds
I didn’t need a Valium today. No work or iop. Same tomorrow
How the heck do you guys get benzodiazepines prescribed…I have horrible social anxiety and no doctor will even consider them.

I know. Where I go they can’t prescribe Klonopin even.

I was tense last night so I went and took photos. Felt better.
Every doctor I ever had gave it. It’s only been 3 doctors/aprns. And they always give it in the hospital to me. But that I’ve never abused it helps my cause too. Not saying you do but that helps my cause after I was initially prescribed it. They put me on Ativan and klonopin right away in the hospital. I’ve mostly been on it since at low doses
My sister has gad general anxiety
Shes anxious all day long
They wont give her benzos cos she has a record of drinking alcohol
I rarely have any drink cos it sends me to sleep
Benzos can make me sleepy
I used to but my doc still gave them?? But then I quit alcohol in late Dec 2015. I didn’t barely ever mix the two deliberately but did take it the same day

Drs dont like alcohol habit mixed with benzo
I swear my doc wanted to kill me but it ended up benefiting me

I dont have any faith in hospital or drs really
But i have to trust the meds cos they help a bit

My doctor easily prescribes me Klonopin because I don’t have any addictions.
I don’t drink alcohol so this could be a big reason.
Ah, I see. Maybe it’s cause I have cannabis abuse on my medical chart for some reason. Haven’t done it in years though.
