Temporal brain damage

Now where I read my threads I’m starting to realize that I’d had a temporal brain damage for maybe 10 years because of sleep deprivation from the antipsychotics. I now see that there were lots of self contradictions in my post. You se for many years I was awake for 40 hours straight and slept 12 hours afterwards. That caused me memory problems. Now I’m on 600 mg Qutiapine and 500 mgs Clopixol : weekly and sleep about 6 hours every night.
I’ll do my best not to play to much around with meds.

I spent half a year sporadically banging my head on a wall in my cell unmedicated

I was so scared about it i got a CT scan when i got out and returned to normal life, nothing bad showed up. I also was told by a doctor that in most cases when permanent damage happens you pass out. I never passed out.

Yeah for awhile in 2014/2015. They just didn’t for some reason, I asked them to. A month before I stood trial and got released they shipped me to a hospital where they put me back on my meds. I haven’t had a delusion since then which has been pretty cool, but I was worried about that banging for awhile. I think I’m in the clear though. Skulls are pretty thick.

I also think getting it from insomnia would be hard, soldiers can go like 36 hours, they’re trained to
