I have been taking it since 2009. Works fast. It helps but isn’t a cure all. I take 300 mg.

I was on 150mg for 5-6 weeks for negative symptoms but it did nothing other than making me stop using and vaping nicotine. Maybe it made me have a bit of positive symptoms but wasnt sure bcz I was on a low dose ap 3mg risperdal and now I am on 6mg.

It also took effect quickly with me. I saw and felt results after about 2 weeks. By the fourth week, I was on cruise control. I was in the hospital and under careful scrutiny. They also cranked my meds quickly, even though I was there for 6 weeks during that particular hospitalization. From everything I’ve seen about it, you’ll either love it or hate it.

I had a seizure from it so the pdoc took me off it. But it’s a great med otherwise.

Yea I read that it increases risk for seizures.

I became crazy OCD when I tried it. It’s not for me

Yep! It lowers the seizure threshold. But tbh I was drinking heavily the night before so that probably didn’t help things.

It made me anxious and feel very stimulated I didnt like the way it made me feel

It’s not bad, but I prefer effexor over it.
