I understand that many people have tattoos
Share them!
Here are mine
Its awasome…!!!
I have five. My profile is pic one of them, here is another one:
I might be getting my sixth one tomorrow, my artist said he might be able to squeeze me in. If so, I could post a pic of it.
This one is a coverup. You can kinda see the old tattoo, because that skin was still raised when I took this pic:
And this will be my next one, what I’m hoping to get tomorrow:
The space inside the diamond will be filled with light green. It will go on the back of my left shoulder.
that symbol is what I do with my life
other than the gym
but isnt the gym for mental health?
I have pics of people with tattoos on chest and lower back.
I can’t share them…
I have both arms in sleeves. Don’t have any pictures I am afraid! One entire arm is an intricate puzzle of drawings I drew myself and got put on my arm.
yeah, I’m afraid my tattoo’s are one of a kind since the story behind the drawings, as well as the drawings are entirely mine, so I’d rather not post their pics.
Those are beautiful minds is tiny but I’m having it removed
Some tattoos are so beautiful! I wanted just a small tattoo some years ago, but I never had enough money for even just a small one. So, I’ve never gotten one, but I like seeing them on other people.
A young woman I saw in the grocery store awhile back had gorgeous angels wings on her upper back at her shoulders.
Yeah, wasn’t able to get in with my artist today, have to wait until Friday.
How painful are tattoos? Is it like a constant injection type feeling?
feels like a needle scratching on your skin =)
It all depends on location. They all hurt to an extent, but some spots are worse than others. I can tell you that near the armpit is pretty intense, with all those nerve endings around there. At one point, I had my eyes closed, teeth clenched and fist clenched. The one I got over my right shoulder blade, however, was nowhere near as painful. The one I’m getting next Friday is going over my left shoulder blade, so it won’t be so bad. Also, I would add that the outline hurts a little bit more than filling (different needles).
@Cherie, do you have tattoos? I wouldn’t compare the feeling to being scratched with a needle; I’d say the pain goes a bit deeper than that.
well I guess I am a tough girl =)
It hurt - but not that much. My tattoos are very small.
I have one on my finger - a heart
and another on my wrist.
I will get a lot more tattoos in 2018 after laser treatment - I think after tattoos I can no longer to Laser hair treatments.
FY I lol But I love it.
Yeah, I can take the pain lol, just didn’t want @Jimbob underestimating the pain level, especially if he’s given any thought to getting one. It doesn’t hurt anywhere near as much as I thought it would before I had gotten my first, though my first tattoo was also my smallest, only took probably 15 minutes, if that. It’s a breast cancer ribbon on the left side of my chest, got it in memory of my mom . My most recent one, the Detroit Lions logo pictured above, is my biggest. That one took two hours. We took a ten minute cigarette break halfway through, his idea; going for much more than a solid hour can wear on the person getting tattooed, I think.
I have zero tattoos. I’ve seen what tattoos look like on the really elderly. It is not a pretty sight. I don’t want to be one of them one day.
