Stayed in a nice rented condo…

Ate some good foodz…

Bison, brie, and fig artisan flatbread topped with fresh arugula, bruschetta, and cheesecake with preserved saskatoon berries. Google Rocky Mountain Flatbread Co. to see more. Came back home and it was business as usual…

Although maybe some Cheerios or some Wheetabix wouldn’t hurt every once in a while, haha .

Mostly. My traveling companion had just started a new cancer treatment that left him feeling very unwell. He wasn’t up to the sort of photo outing we would normally do before he was diagnosed. It was more important for me to be able to spend time with him, and I wanted to give him a break in the mountains because he loves being there, but can’t afford it now that he’s on disability. So it was good, but tough emotionally.

I’m glad you got to spend some quality time with him. Cancer is a ■■■■■. I lost one aunt in her 50s to bowl cancer. I was very fond of her.

But the mountains look pretty and snowy.

Happy birthday btw. I missed that part.
