Until I move into the dorm…im registered for chem 109, uk 101 (a time management class), psy 195, psy 100, bio 101, ma 109 (college algebra) and wrd 111 (composition and communications). im in two programs, one that gets me into general science research in my freshmen year and another that was a selective 25 seat program where ill be taught directly by the woman who heads the psych department. it also will have me in events and research and critical discussion. im excited and proud but so nervous. im so scared of being on my own and all. im so scared of failure. im going to be on the pre med track which takes ridiculous amounts of work, from doing great in all your classes to volunteering and getting leadership positions and shadowing doctors…its so much to do but i think itll be good for me ultimately

we’ve talked on facebook, and we actually have some similarities. neither of us are totally traditional (i waited an extra year + i only have a ged and hes 24 and already tried college once at another college), we both have mental illnesses (hes bipolar) and we’re both gay. so i feel pretty good about the roommate surprisingly
Sounds exciting! You get to jump right into the psych stuff, which is great! Granted I only know you from reading your posts here, but I know you want this a lot and I have a lot of faith that you can do it!
