I like cooking with avocado oil cuz it has a nice taste and a high smoke point, but i sure do love the taste of butter, too! I’m not surprised that all the good tasting stuff kills you…

I use a lot of olive oil instead of other stuff, that’s good.

I use avocado and olive oil myself.

Butter I only use to cook eggs as well as steak sometimes.

If I want a steak or eggs I cook it on low temp and use Irish butter. If I’m cooking a steak I wanna enjoy it so I use butter. For eggs, butter is a requirement.

All I use is olive oil
Sometimes I’ll use butter because it’s healthier than margarine
