If they give you exercises to do while it heals it is advisable to do them. Sometimes joints get stiff post surgery

Will do, after 72 hours physical therapy minor thing then in 2 week big time p.t.

I feel for you I had knee surgery last year. Definitely do the exercises as prescribed. Hope you have a speedy recovery.

I am doing much better. It took a while to get things back in shape and while I’ll occasionally feel a little something if I overdo things I’m basically back to my old self. Thanks for asking.
