Im new to this site and honestly i was just searching the internet for some relief. I have schizophrenia and i have been taking my meds but i am having real trouble with my girlfriend. I am not treating her the way i would like to. She is a honest, faithful woman and see evidence that could possibly mean she is cheating on me but i dont have any evidence but the thought keep spinning in my head so much and so constent that i start to believe them and i connect dots without evidence. The intrusive thoughts combined with the obsession is really taking its toll on her. She is looking for a way out of the relationship and i dont know what to do. I want to find a Zoom meeting or something where i can connect with other people with some of the same problems so i wont feel so alone. Can anyone out the help.
I don’t think your gf is cheating on you. You yourself write that it’s in your head. Give her some space!
Do you find your meds working? Which one are on and on what dosage?

Geodon 20mg twice daily, Wellbutrin 300mg, and some meds for the tiredness modafinil 200mg
Weird that they prescribed you a stimulant which can cause paranoia!? Take it easy on that med!

I was taking a stimulate as well and i think that was the major problem. i switched off today so hopefully i level out

Ya i have good results with it. i mean i was taking Folacin 20mg and i think that had a lot to do with it. kinda made me emotionally dead and all that. I just dont think stimulates are going to work for me.
Yeah, avoid modafinil. Not even docs know how modafinil works in the brain! Also it causes anxiety/aggression etc.
Alright i will try it maybe find something else to help with the tiredness the Geodon gives me
From what I know side- effects as fatigue should be temporary! How long have you been on geodon?? Have you tried any other drugs to treat your psychosis?
Risperidone brought me back and then i went with Abilify for awhile then i got a new doc and they put me on this for the paranoia.

My friend is on abilify and works full time. I’m kinda jealous but what can you do??
Maybe i was not on a high enough dose. idk I got off the stimulate so hopefully things will level out. Just hope my relationship is not to far gone.

Paranoia and being suspicious sucks! Perhaps you need a med adjustment?
I’m on 2 antipsychotics, vraylar and olanzapine! I think the combo does the trick, but recovery is a slow progress! I don’t have much energy to do much. Also I lost my memory after my first psychotic break. It’s rough!
Bro that sucks man. i was so scared that was going to happen. i ended up walking 1300 miles from Florida to Virginia in my psychosis i was out there for awhile but after i came back i got lucky im better then i was before the break. except the paranoia
Im scared to have another one. It took me two years to even realize i was even trippen out man.
