I have 16 days on concerta methlyfenidate and ii take 22.5 mg olanzapine and 18 mg concerta i have some stressful thoughts once or twice a day but the positive symptoms from my adhd is too much i feel more calm than ever if the stressful thoughts remain 1 or 2 a day i will keep take concerta if it gets worse i will quit them

Thats pretty safe, you have the olanzapine to control your psychosis and the concerta to help your adhd, and 18mgs is the lowest dose.
Yeah before stimulants i didn’t have stressful thoughts but now is coming one or twice a day stressful thoughts

Maybe your focus is more directed to those thoughts.
I found 18mg was too low for me and it made me a bit agitated. I take 36mg concerta.

What about your positive symptoms of psychosis?
It didnt affect anything psychosis related for me but I already had it under control for a long time before trying concerta.

What antipsychotic you take?
At the moment im not on one but I have risperidone as needed.
Im not really a good example for long term antipsychotic use as I never got on them for like the first 8 years of illness and ive only stayed on them for up to 4 or 5 months at a time since then.
But my psychiatrist has presribed risperidone as needed if an episode is unmanageable.
But concerta has been a great help in getting me motivated and more organised in general for life tasks.
So i hope it helps you in the future.

Yes I can. my job is a low stress environment which is probably more important than the med.

I use bored easy on jobs before meds you think this is gonna change with stimulants ?

Umm my job is still boring but its manageable. I still struggle with motivation to stay on task. But thats more of a behavioral component. My work is largely unmanaged so you must be self driven and have discipline to not watch youtube all day 
.
The med has improvement my enjoyment in activities and also improved my energy levels.
