This week I have been wiped out by my morning dose of 300mg seroquel. Have had to go back to bed. But for the previous couple of months I was getting no sedation. Go figure.

Are you taking it at the exact same time every day? That’s important.

Take it at 8 o’clock morning and night. Maybe I have a virus or something.

I take 300mg in the morning and 300mg at night. Am also on depixol depot.
Ok I take seroquel but I take extended release,
My advice is do not take it during the day
Ni wonder your tired.
I take 400 mg at night to knock me out.
If I took it during the day Id just go back to sleep.

Would like too but I take the immediate release which only lasts 8-12 hours so I have to take it in the morning. Apparently the extended release is too expensive so I can’t get it where I live.
Was on the XR and it was great. Far fewer side effects than the IR. You are in the uk too?

Maybe go back to your doctor.
It’s so easy to tell someone to take theese meds when they haven’t tried themselves.

My old nurse told me the consultants where getting leaned on where I am cos my region prescribed the most XR in the country. I have appealed to my doc but he doesn’t care.
Seroquel give you ED?
I am thinking of making the switch. I’m on Abilify and experiencing ED although it could be the Invega injection from 4 months ago still in system.
Also, does anyone find side effects are worse on the injections?
