Maybe just flu but test for covid if it lasts and test now if you have fever.

My mum has these exact symptoms last month. She ended up with a strep infection

Man, those are classic COVID symptoms. They should have local health lines you can call if you think you’re infected. Suggest you give them a dingle, pronto.

Keep an eye on your temperature. If you have a fever that doesn’t go away in a couple days, with the same symptoms, I’d call your doc.
back in beginning of march i had sore throat swollen lymph nodes mild fever sinus plugged. no cough. for a few weeks.
I went to the doc in the first 5 days, but they just checked me for strep, no strep.
I do wonder if that was just the usual spring bug or if i Had the covid. I’ll never know.
my roommates never got it though so thats where i suspect it wasnt covid.
