i just recently applied for ssi if i get rejected and get a lawyer how much time will it take for me to get a hearing with a judge to determine if i am disabled. i keep hearing online from youtube videos that it could take 1-3 years

Dont know how it works where you are, but here in Canada its roughly 9 - 11 months. Give or take a year.

Here they reimburse you for your whole process, so whatever time it took, they’ll pay you for it IF you get accepted.

You should get a lawyer and apply for ssd. Not ssi.
