Is there anyone here who has taken spravato/esketamine?
If so what’s your opinion?

I had a therapist once recommend ketamine therapy but I’m too afraid to try it.

My pdoc said that Spravato (s-ketamine) can worsen schizophrenia symptoms. She said to stay away from it.

No. I came across an ad. Most likely he’ll not prescribe it.

I was wondering about that sort of thing.
I actually got the infusion which is a lot stronger than the spray. Had a great time but didn’t notice any improvements. I wouldn’t recommend it if your illness qualifies as moderate to severe. Just too risky.

It was suggested to me as a possibility, but I didn’t like what I read when I was learning more about it.
I’d avoid anything psychoactive beyond caffeine or nicotine.

I was on iv ketamine for severe pain. Had an alarming seizure while on it. No longer.
