Splurge meal of the month, next week...jambalaya!

it’s decided …we are officially able to make jambalaya next week…it fills a roasting pan full when we make it and I’m so soooo pumped !! love it.

I love jambalaya also. I make it really well. My brother in law always makes pastalaya and that’s just not that good.

@anon61987434 I follow paul prudhomme in his book “lousiana kitchen” but I add about ten times the meat and double it when I make it…makes such delicious food…it’s a rice dish in case you didn’t know.

haha thanks man…my mom used to make egg noodles for chicken soup and they were the best I’ve ever had…no thanks…after mac and cheese for two weeks anything pasta sounds horrible right now…maybe some day…haha
