Hey @anon8091425 I want to check in with you. Would you like to be silenced for a few days? Silenced members can still respond to a PM but cannot start a PM or make public pists. Many users ask for this when they feel themselves starting to lose control of their behavior because they do not want to do/say things they later regret.

You can write PMs to staff, and respond to PMs started by others. You cannot start a new PM with other members.
