Please do not take this as anything to suggest that harming yourself or suicide is a a valid choice. It’s just a song about how I felt when I had been off meds for almost two years and was still involved in substance abuse.
Shortly afterwards, I got clean and made a choice to be med-compliant. And my life has gotten better and better.

yeah my callouses are just now growing again…I played the six string about three songs a day and this 12 string is twice the callous building and I can’t keep my hands off of it every day so it won’t be long and I will have callouses worthy of Slash.
