If they are important in your life, worth the consideration and maybe send them to a website. Because, having personal questions asked about SZ can be uncomfortable, stressing and make things worst (socially).

Some people can be complete dipshits about it but some people can be very cool and accepting.
I made a new friend recently and when I told her about my sz it didn’t shock her at all. She’s actually really fascinated by it.
But she has bipolar, and a degree in psychology. Therefore she’s very educated about mental illnesses and things like that.

I have told very few people. But I apply for a lot of jobs and they see I was a pilot. They all have the same question. Why aren’t you flying anymore?
A lot of my peers have really good jobs and don’t fly anymore.
One guy I was in the Marines with sells yachts. Several own their own businesses. One makes cutting boards for kitchens. He is very successful. Another One of my pilot friends has a wife that made a fortune with Plexus I think it was. He has several airplanes though and taught his daughter how to fly. He is basically a house husband. They own a ranch and have all kinds of exotic animals.
And many are government contractors thar still work with the military and don’t fly. I have had a few of those jobs. And another guy works for a power company.
Still several are airline pilots. These a boring ass job but it pays well. It’s all autopilot. You have to pound coffee or caffeine so you don’t fall asleep while the computer is flying. All you do is take off and land and talk on the radio.
I wrote a schizophrenic book I won’t publish because I won’t put my name on it. I don’t want all my friends to know I have this.
My linked in says I own a business. It’s my wife’s business but I invested all the capital to buy it. And I mostly run it. She helps of course and makes all the business decisions. But I help too. And customer service is my middle name.
