I worked at Kohl’s Department Store from 2004-2007. I just got a letter in the mail saying I’m part of a class action suit filed against Kohl’s by three employees. The suit basically says Kohl’s didn’t pay the correct wages and includes everyone who worked there between 2004-2017. Kohl’s settled for $7,000,000 and my share is $112! It’s nice news to get out of the blue but I probably won’t get a check until September.

Same happened to me. I signed into a class action suit against Apple for the battery gate thing. Got $90 something out of nowhere.
